Fat Loss Phase

Goal: Reduce body fat while maintaining muscle mass as much as possible.

Approach: This phase involves a calorie deficit, where you consume fewer calories than your body burns. The emphasis is on fat loss rather than muscle gain.

Training: Strength & Cardio focused.

Outcome: A leaner physique with a reduction in body fat.

Body Recomposition Phase

Goal: To simultaneously lose fat AND build muscle, improving overall body composition.

Approach: This phase involves a more moderate calorie deficit or even maintenance calories, combined with high protein intake and strength training to promote muscle growth while losing fat.

Training: Strength training is the cornerstone of this phase, with a focus on progressive overload to stimulate muscle growth, while fat loss is achieved at a slower, more controlled rate.

Outcome: A transformation in body composition, meaning you may not see a drastic weight loss but will notice a more toned, sculpted appearance due to muscle gain and fat loss.

Build Phase

Goal: To gain lean muscle and increase overall strength. This phase focuses on providing your body with the necessary nutrients and energy to promote muscle growth.

Approach: During the Build Phase, you’ll be in a calorie surplus, consuming more calories than you burn. This surplus provides the extra energy your body needs to build muscle. Your nutrition will be tailored to include adequate protein, healthy fats, and carbs to fuel your workouts and recovery, while minimizing unnecessary fat gain.

Training: Training will primarily focus on strength training, incorporating progressive overload to challenge your muscles and stimulate growth. A mix of compound exercises and isolation exercises will be used to target all muscle groups effectively, ensuring balanced muscle development.

Outcome: The result will be increased muscle mass and improved strength. You may experience some weight gain, but the focus is on maximizing muscle growth while minimizing fat gain. The build phase lays the foundation for future fat loss phases, where you can reveal the muscle you've built!
