10-Week Body Recomposition Phase:

The 10-Week Body Recomposition Phase is designed to help you transform your physique by simultaneously reducing body fat and building lean muscle mass. Over the course of 10 weeks, you'll follow a structured program that combines evidence-based nutrition strategies with training plans to optimize body composition.

Throughout this phase, you’ll focus on:

  1. Eating at (or Near) Maintenance Calories: Rather than creating a large calorie deficit, this phase emphasizes fueling your body at maintenance—or just slightly below—to support fat loss while actively building or preserving lean muscle mass. 

  2. Protein-Forward Nutrition: You'll prioritize adequate protein intake to support muscle growth, recovery, and fat loss. You’ll learn how to make smart food choices that fuel your workouts and contribute to your body recomposition goals.

  3. Strength Training for Muscle Growth: The program incorporates weight training to help you build lean muscle. This not only helps reshape your physique but also boosts metabolism, helping you burn fat more efficiently.

  4. Flexibility and Balance: You’ll still enjoy the foods you love, with a flexible approach that allows you to incorporate your favorite meals and social events into your routine without guilt.

  5. Mindset and Consistency: Achieving body recomposition is as much about mindset as it is about the physical effort. I'll help you stay motivated, track progress, and adjust when needed to ensure you stay on track. 

By the end of the 10 weeks, you’ll have learned how to effectively balance nutrition, training, and lifestyle factors to achieve lasting changes in your body composition—resulting in a leaner, stronger, and more confident you!
