How the On Demand Version Works (please read)
- You choose your start date for the 6-Week Shred. After purchase you will email me at [email protected] with the date you want to begin, and I’ll set everything up so your program starts on that day.
- You’ll receive a separate email with access to the FitWellWeb Health Coaching App (I send these manually, typical turnaround is within 24 hours).
- Once you download the app, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can collect your current habits and biometrics and set your personalized calorie and macro targets. Targets are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after you submit the questionnaire.
