It’s perfect for women who enjoy chocolate, cheese, wine (or all of the above 💁🏼‍♀️), and want to reach their goals without feeling like they’re constantly “dieting” or starting from scratch every few months. This program is about making lasting changes that work for your lifestyle, not forcing you to fit into a rigid plan.

The Fat Loss Phase is designed to help you reduce body fat while preserving lean muscle mass. This phase focuses on creating a calorie deficit—where you consume fewer calories than your body burns—while ensuring your body has the right nutrients to maintain muscle.

 

Approach:

A combination of proper nutrition and consistent training is key. The calorie deficit is achieved through mindful eating, balanced with enough protein to maintain muscle mass. Strength training will be incorporated to support muscle preservation, with optional cardio to accelerate fat loss if desired.

Training:

Workouts will focus on maintaining strength and building lean muscle, alongside cardio to boost fat-burning potential. The goal is to keep you moving and feeling strong, while also helping you shed excess fat.

Outcome:

You’ll see a leaner physique, with a reduction in body fat percentage and increased muscle definition. This phase sets a strong foundation for future phases, where you can build and maintain a healthier, fitter body for the long term.
