Here’s how I help clients build their best physique yet, with results that are sustainable and built to last.

Custom Training Program

No cookie-cutter templates here. Your program is built around your body, your goals, your recovery, and the equipment you have, so every workout has a purpose. We focus on the lifts that will give you the biggest return and make sure you’re actually training in a way that builds muscle. Each week you’ll send 2 to 3 form check videos so I can coach your technique and adjust your plan for better results.

Individualized Nutrition Strategy

We’ll review your food logs, preferences, schedule, and lifestyle to build a nutrition plan that supports your training and matches your current phase.

This isn’t macro-only coaching. Yes, macros matter, but we also focus on food quality, energy levels, digestion, performance, and sustainable habits. The goal is not to eat less, it’s to eat in a way that helps you train harder, recover better, and see real progress.

Weekly Check-Ins

Consistent communication is what keeps you on track. It makes adjustments simple and turns short-term progress into lasting results.

Each week, you’ll submit your check-in: metrics, photos, and a quick update on how things are going. I’ll respond with a personalized video where I break down what’s happening, why it matters, and exactly what we’re adjusting next.

You’ll always understand the why behind your plan, and you’ll never be guessing what to do between check-ins.

What Makes FitWellWeb Coaching Different?

Most coaching programs treat fat loss like it’s a forever project: stay in a deficit, grind harder, and hope your body keeps cooperating.

That’s not how I coach.

Instead of endless dieting, I use a phased approach to nutrition and training. Think of it like a roadmap, not a punishment.

We cycle through strategic phases like:

  • Primer (maintenance habits and metabolic setup)

  • Fat loss (a sustainable deficit)

  • Reverse (bringing calories back up)

  • Recomposition (build muscle while staying leaner)

  • Building (strength and muscle gain)

The phase you’re in is based on your body, your goals, and your real life, not a generic 12-week template.

Why phases work better than “always dieting”:
Because your body adapts. The longer you stay in a deficit, the more hunger increases and the more energy, recovery, training performance, and stress tolerance can take a hit. Stay in one mode too long and progress slows, cravings climb, and burnout creeps in.

Phases keep you ahead of that. They help you make progress you can actually maintain, without feeling like you’re dieting forever.

Smarter Training to Build your Physique

Most people assume the answer is getting leaner. And sometimes, sure, leaning out helps. But if you train consistently and still don’t “look like you lift,” the missing piece is usually muscle, not more dieting.

Muscle is what changes your shape. It builds curves, creates definition, and gives you that athletic look, even before you’re at your leanest.

Why “working hard” isn’t always the same as training effectively

A lot of women are doing plenty of workouts, but their muscles don’t have a consistent reason to grow because the training is missing one or more of these:

  • The right exercise selection for your body and goals

  • Enough weekly volume for the muscles you want to build

  • Progression that’s measurable and planned

  • Intensity that’s actually close enough to failure to stimulate growth

  • Solid execution and joint positioning so the target muscle does the work

  • Recovery that matches what you’re asking your body to do

That’s where “smarter” training comes in.

We’ll go deeper than a generic program. I’ll audit your training and refine your plan so every session has a purpose. You’ll send training footage weekly, and I’ll coach your setup, execution, and effort so you learn how to train in a way that actually builds muscle.
