Most coaching programs treat fat loss like it’s a forever project: stay in a deficit, grind harder, and hope your body keeps cooperating.

That’s not how I coach.

Instead of endless dieting, we use a phased approach to nutrition and training. Think of it like a roadmap, not a punishment. We cycle through strategic phases like primer, fat loss, reverse, recomposition, and building, based on your body, your goals, and your real life.

Why phases work better than “always dieting”

Because your body is adaptive. The longer you diet, the more your hunger, energy, recovery, training performance, and stress tolerance can shift. When you stay in one mode too long, progress slows and burnout creeps in.

Phases let us stay ahead of that.

Most people assume the answer is getting leaner. And sometimes, sure, leaning out helps. But if you already train consistently and still don’t “look like you lift,” the missing piece is usually muscle, not more dieting.

Muscle is what changes your shape. It builds the curves, creates the lines, and gives you that athletic look even before you’re at your leanest.

Why “working hard” isn’t always the same as training effectively
