You’ll receive a separate email after signing up with access to the FitWellWeb Health Coaching App (I send these manually, typical turnaround is within 24 hours).
Once you download the app, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can collect your current habits and bio metrics and set your personalized calorie and macro targets. Targets are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after you submit the questionnaire.
